Heartland Seniors Finance Launches New Reverse Mortgage Website
22 February 2016
We are delighted to announce the re-launch of our Heartland Seniors Finance website.
The update is part of a conscious effort on our part to consistently deliver meaningful, useful content for seniors who are considering a Reverse Mortgage loan to fund retirement. As you navigate the new site, we hope you notice the following improvements:
- More detail on Reverse Mortgage loan purpose
In our experience, senior borrowers typically use Reverse Mortgage funds for one or more of six key purposes:
- ‘Income’ and cash flow
- Debt consolidation
- Travel and holidays
- A new car
- Home improvements
- Aged care
We’ve added a new content page on each one, including how and why people like you are using use Reverse Mortgage funds to change their life.
- New FREE Guide, ‘Reverse Mortgage Insights”
We know that many seniors coming to our website for the first time will be at the start of their Reverse Mortgage journey and therefore will be mostly in ‘research mode’. For these people, good information on how Reverse Mortgages work will be more relevant than a traditional product brochure.
In recognition of this, we have published a new guide called “Reverse Mortgage Insights” which is available for FREE download HERE
- Improved design and navigation
We’ve also enhanced the design of the website and changed the layout of content. You’ll find it easier to navigate, and to access the information you need in order to make an informed decision for a Reverse Mortgage, and whether Heartland Seniors Finance is the is right provider for you.
Going forward, you can also expect more regular updates and articles on this blog about Reverse Mortgages and developments in equity release finance generally. Our customers are our top priority, and the time and effort invested into our new website is a reflection of this. We hope you like the changes, and we look forward to any thoughts and feedback you might have.
