What our customers say...

"As a pensioner with limited capital, ASF provided the funds to pay off some debt and also give me a regular income for the future. My financial adviser worked with ASF to structure the loan so that my pension payment did not change. With the assistance of Australian Seniors Finance I am now enjoying an improving lifestyle"

Fund the best years of your life

Australian Seniors Finance provides the opportunity to unlock the equity in your home using a reverse mortgage.

Traditionally, Australians have prioritised investment in property, particularly their own homes. Often, you would have had to sell your home to access this accumulated wealth - but not any more.

Our Lifetime Loan gives you the freedom to unlock equity that exists in your home without the need to make regular repayments. It has been adapted from highly successful overseas models to meet the needs and desires of seniors like you.

You can use the payment or payments from your Lifetime Loan for whatever you want. This might include home improvements, buying a new car, taking a holiday, medical expenses or even paying for your grandchild's education.

It is possible to borrow up to 45% of the value of your property. The amount you are able to borrow depends on your age at the time you take out your loan. The amount you can borrow begins at 15% of your property value at age 60, increasing by 1% for each year of age.

The table shown below provides a guide as to the percentage of home values (Loan to Value Ratio (LVR)) that are available under our Lifetime Loan. The maximum loan amount is the LVR multiplied by the property value.
